The decorative base rosette, located on the hinged base flange at the base of the flagpole, covers the mounting rods and the hinged base flange, ensuring its rust-resistant integrity with the flagpole. It has the ability to move up and down by sliding it along the pipe during any intervention. The decorative base rosette is manufactured from 304 grade austenitic stainless steel with a thickness of 1.0 mm and 1.5 mm.
